Reporting

The report helps you identify documents with barcodes that have not yet been scanned back in and are still outstanding.

Quickly and easily identify missing documents

  • Keep track of missing purchase invoices or proof of deliveries
  • Run reports against any document type
  • Export reports into Microsoft Excel for your convenience

How it works

In the Reporting screen of Spindle Document Capture, select the type of document you wish to run the report against. The report shows all documents with barcodes that have not yet been scanned back in and are still outstanding. Barcoded documents generated by Spindle Document Distribution such as outgoing despatch notes will be included in the report.

The report can also be exported to an Excel spreadsheet.
